AMERICAN Casting’s engineering department is centered primarily around our customers and their needs and we understand that design is the most critical step in the development of a cost effective, high quality casting. It requires an integrated approach with sophisticated computer aided software, casting analysis, and simulation software. Their technical skills and experience together with state-of-the-art computer design systems help to identify design problems and solutions before production begins. We have the insight needed and work closely with your team to specify the best method to turn your concept into a reality.
We also provide assistance in converting weldments to castings and design ideas to reduce costs. The best conversion opportunities result in a stronger part that costs less to produce and enhances the success of the OEM’s project.
